When you register, you receive notification of every confirmed Wasl JGE Phase 2 release. For each release I'll send you:
- Pricing, payment plans, and unit availability as Wasl confirms each tranche
- Sub-community detail: villa types, plot sizes, finish specifications, handover dates
- Direct introduction to Wasl sales for any unit you want to pursue, with priority access on launch days

What happens after you register
You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon submission, signed by Benjamin, sent from ben@edwardsandtowers.com.
When Wasl confirms a new Phase 2 release with pricing and timing, you receive a structured update by email. The update covers the sub-community, unit types, pricing, payment plan, and how to express interest in a specific unit.
If you want to view a unit, schedule a call, or submit an offer, that is a separate conversation that you initiate. Nothing happens automatically. You are in control of pace.

Is there a fee for registering?
No. Registration is free. Wasl Properties pays the agent commission as part of the development's marketing budget. There is no charge to the reader at any stage.
How quickly will I hear back after registering?
You receive an automated confirmation email immediately on submission. When Wasl confirms a new Phase 2 release with pricing and timing, you receive a structured update by email within 24 hours of Benjamin receiving the information. If you want to view a unit, schedule a call, or submit an offer, that is a separate conversation that you initiate.
Will my contact details be shared with anyone?
Your contact details are held by Benjamin Baker / Edwards & Towers and are used only to send Phase 2 release information. Which Phase 2 sub-communities are open?
Pinewood (entry-tier villas, ~AED 5.6M start, Q4 2028 handover), Ashwood (mid-tier, ~AED 11.8M, ~Q1 2029 handover), and Cedarwood (upper-tier, ~AED 12-18M, Q2 2029 handover) are the three currently in active sales. Wasl is releasing the broader masterplan in tranches through 2030. Future tranches will be announced as they launch.
How are Wasl releases priced?
Wasl prices each tranche based on construction phase, sub-community position within the masterplan, unit type, and market conditions at launch. Early tranches typically include 80/20 payment plans (80% during construction, 20% at handover). Later tranches may carry different structures. Pricing for any unit you wish to pursue is confirmed by Wasl directly.
