I've been at Edwards & Towers for several years and have done enough secondary-market transactions in JGE to know how this community actually moves, beyond the brochure version. What this isn't.

It isn't a sales channel for my listings. I have a standing rule (on the homepage and every issue footer) that I don't promote my own Edwards & Towers listings here. Specific properties may be cited as market data, with disclosure. That's the limit. It isn't a press-release aggregator. Every developer in Dubai has press releases. You don't need mine to summarise them. It isn't investment advice. I'm an agent, not a financial advisor. I tell you what I see. You decide what to do.

Where the data comes from.

Property transaction figures and market metrics in this publication are drawn from REIDIN, the proprietary real estate analytics platform used by licensed Dubai brokers, which aggregates Dubai Land Department public records. Figures are directional and may shift as late filings settle; material revisions are flagged in the following issue. Future issues may incorporate DLD's public API directly. RERA rules, rental calculator mechanics, and regulatory guidance come from RERA's own published materials and Benjamin's professional access to industry tools as a licensed agent. When I reference a specific transaction, listing, or rule, I attribute it. When I'm expressing an opinion, I make that clear.
