This site is the registered record of Jumeirah Golf Estates: what homes on the estate actually sold and rented for, community by community, from the Dubai Land Department's own register. It exists because owners, residents and buyers ask the same questions again and again: what a home is worth, what is happening with The Next Chapter, how the rental calculator works, whether a repricing is real. The answers are in the register, and this is where they are kept. Once a month the publication sends one email: what happened in JGE, what it means, and what the register shows moving. Alongside it sits the Handbook, guides to buying, owning, letting and renting here, kept current as rules change and free to read.
Who publishes it.
Benjamin Baker JGE is published by The Register Desk, a sole establishment licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism as an Internet Content Provider (licence 1652760, valid until 13 September 2027), which also publishes The Dubai Desk. Every figure is a transfer the Dubai Land Department registered, and every one can be checked against the register. What this isn't.
It isn't a sales channel. No listing is promoted here and no home is offered for sale on this site; specific properties are cited only as market data. It isn't a press-release aggregator. It isn't investment advice: the publication reports what the register shows, and what to do with it is the reader's decision. The owner of The Register Desk is a real estate agent registered in Dubai and working in Jumeirah Golf Estates. Nothing on this site is a listing, and no home is offered for sale on it.
Where the data comes from.
Property transaction figures in this publication are drawn from Dubai Land Department records, the official register of every recorded Dubai property transaction. Recent figures can shift as late registrations settle, and material revisions are flagged. Rules on renting, service charges and contracts are taken from the regulator's own published materials, and every rule or transaction cited is attributed.
The Dubai Desk.
The same publisher runs The Dubai Desk, which reports the registered record district by district across Dubai. Its home and district pages are free to read; what is sold there is the Land Department's own record as a document. No listings and no owner details, there or here.
