The dataset

This is the largest registered resale in the Jumeirah Golf Estates record, and nearly double the next largest, AED 58,000,000 on Redwood Avenue in October 2025. It sits in Wildflower, on the Earth-course side of the estate.
The register writes this transaction with no project line at all, which is how it stayed invisible: the Wildflower mansion plots carry no project tag, and only the register location fields place them. Larger sums appear in the record only as development-plot transfers of 75,000 sq m and above, which are not resales of a home.

Prices show as bands, never exact figures, and refresh monthly. This is not a real-time feed; the open DLD record runs roughly 2 to 3 weeks behind at the most recent edge. Apartment bed-counts are approximate, cross-checked against transacted floor area; a few mis-coded sub-market transfers are excluded. Where a cluster has too few sales to report fairly, figures roll up to the JGE level. Rental figures from Ejari follow in a later update.
What homes in Jumeirah Golf Estates actually let for
747 registered tenancies of a home in Jumeirah Golf Estates started in the twelve months to 19 August 2026, out of 6,702 on the register all told.
New tenancies, 483 of them, register at median AED 235,000 a year. Renewals, 264 of them, register at median AED 179,250.
A new letting therefore registers about 31% higher than a renewal.
