Wasl Properties has released Cedarwood Estates South into the Jumeirah Golf Estates Phase 2 Next Chapter masterplan as of mid-May 2026. EOI submission requires a cheque of AED 500,000 made payable to JGE Real Estate LLC. Submission is in person at the Wasl Experience Centre between 09:00 and 17:00.
For international clients, the EOI amount may be processed via bank transfer in lieu of cheque submission.
Refunds for unsuccessful allocations are processed within 15 to 30 days tentatively.
