The community-level record of registered Jumeirah Golf Estates transactions, updated monthly.

The JGE Registry Index is the open, citable dataset behind every figure on this site. Each month we compute community-level aggregates, sales counts, medians, ranges and AED per square foot, from Dubai Land Department registered transactions, on a fixed, audited method. Aggregates only, never row-level records. Medians publish at eight or more sales; three to seven publish as a range; below three, counts only.

Every community in the estate rather than this one line. The current year runs to 5 pages: every community that registered a resale in 2026, 15 of them, with the count, median, range and rate per square foot on each. The whole record runs to 19 pages and carries every year back to 2013, 176 registered resales in the twelve months to 25 August 2026 and 1,431 all time.

Current release: July 2026

Data edge 7 July 2026: the last day of registered transactions inside this release of the downloadable dataset. 28 rows: every JGE community over 12-month and 6-month windows, plus the villa, townhouse and apartment market lines. Elsewhere on this page you will see a twelve-month window ending on a later date. That figure belongs to the Registered Record Report, which is cut on its own schedule. The data edge and the reporting window are different measurements, and neither is a correction of the other.

Correction note — 28 July 2026. The historical archive's market-apartment rows for 2025 and 2026 currently undercount by four sales each: 2025 shows 43 where the register holds 47 (its range top moves to AED 5.0M), and 2026 shows 15 where it holds 19. A counting rule missed apartment resales registered at estate level without a community tag; medians are unaffected in both years. The current-window and monthly files are correct. Corrected archive files will be re-emitted at the August release. Details on the methodology page.

The full history — every year since 2013
One spreadsheet holding the complete registered record: each community's sales count, typical price and price range, for every year since 2013. Where a year had too few sales for a fair average, the file says so instead of guessing — and the newest year is marked provisional while registrations are still arriving.
