JGE This Week — 7 July 2026
The third hole of the Fire course.

The first of a short weekly read: what actually registered in Jumeirah Golf Estates, from Dubai Land Department records, never asking prices.

The week's registered sales

  • Redwood Avenue, villa, AED 48.0–48.5M band, registered 29 June. The largest registered sale of 2026 so far, second all-time only to the estate's AED 58M record.
  • Orange Lake — villa, AED 9.5–10.0M band, 29 June.
  • The Sundials — villa, AED 9.0–9.5M band, 26 June.
  • Al Andalus — a 2-bed at AED 1.5–2.0M (25 June) and a 1-bed at AED 1.0–1.5M (22 June).

Where the market sits

Over the 12 months to 1 July: villas at a median AED 20.8M across 51 registered resales (range 9.2M–58M), townhouses AED 4.66M across 44, apartments AED 2.11M across 36. The six-month villa read is above the twelve-month line; the market is still firming.
